Stölzle Glass Group, a leading European manufacturer of high-end packaging glass for Perfumery & Cosmetics, Prestige Spirits and Pharmaceuticals, has boosted its presence and production, acquiring Verreries de Masnières SAS and Bormioli Rocco Valorisation SAS from Bormioli Rocco Group SpA. The agreement was finalized on December 31, 2013. Both sites are located in northern France and are well-matched to fit into Stölzle’s prestige glass network. The production plant as well as the decoration facility will be fully integrated into the Stölzle Glass Group with headquarters in Austria.
